2. Conditions for Admission
2.1 General Conditions
- Must obtain school’s application form upon payment of Tsh.10,000 as application fee to the cashier.
- Must fill the form and attach with the child birth certificate.
- Must sit and pass three formal school examination
- Must pass with average of 62 and above
- Upon passing the exams must pay Tsh.20,000 for joining instructions form and registration
- Must sign contract with the school which expresses the obligation of each part .
- Must fulfil all the requirements provided in the joining instruction form including payment of school fees and or transport, school uniforms and books.
2.2 Specific Conditions
2.2.1 Day-care I
- Must be 2-3 years
- Must be able to speak
2.2.2 Day-care II
- Must be 3-4.5 years of age.
- Must pass oral and physical interview.
2.2.3 Kindergarten
- Must be 4.5-5.5 years of age
- Must sit and pass oral and written examinations.
2.2.4 Standard I
- The child must not be less than 5 years and above 7 years of age for standard I.
- Must submit 1 passport size photograph.
2.2.5 Transfers from standard I-7
- Must sit and pass written examinations in English language, Science and mathematics.
2.3 General conditions
- Must obtain clearance from the school of origin and submit transfer forms before they are eligible for admissions.
3. Timing of admission / Transfers.
In principle admission is done throughout the year provided that there is vacancy to fill in. However, the following is the common practice;
Applications for new academic year, the process starts from October to
December. The first interview will start officially on 21/10/2023 at 8:00am.
Notwithstanding the above, exceptions are possible for extension of admissions provided that there is vacancy.
For admissions / transfers within the year applications and admissions are continuous provided that there is vacancy and the conditions stated are fully met.
Usually interviews and examinations are done on Saturdays from 8:00 am.
